PAYMENT

We accept certified cheque, bank wire transfer, Wise or Interac transfer for payment. If you wish to pay by credit card or Paypal, then we will send a Paypal money request with the Paypal fees added (3.85% for credit cards, less for bank transfer). These fees are not included in the original selling price and therefore we request that the purchaser covers them.

Shipping

We are happy to ship instruments & bows at the buyer’s expense. We have successfully shipped lots of cellos within Canada, the US and around the globe and have access to fair rates with courier companies. If you are prepared to pick up your cello at your nearest airport, then air cargo is the cheapest way to go. Instruments are very well packed - double boxed with a hard cello case (see below) and fully insured against damage/loss.
